Movement Park is about much more than just sport. Within the centre we help build skill aquisition and encourage you to step out of your comfort zone and learn new things but overall it is about having FUN...

In mythology, and in the study of folklore and religion, a Trickster is a character in a story (god, goddess, spirit, man, woman), which exhibits a great degree of intellect or secret knowledge, and uses it to play tricks or otherwise disobey normal rules and conventional behaviour.

Movement Park tricksters club is part of our wider programme of activities within the centre which can take place upstairs, downstairs or sometimes outside in the parkour park or local outdoors space.

How to play

At Movement Park there are no rules its all about good old fashioned fun and engaging the family.

Tricksters club is about learning to do cool stuff. This could be from a range of circus skills such as juggling, riding a unicycle, diabolo or slacklining... Or you may wish to learn the art of Kendama (a traditional Japanese toy with three cups and a spike which fits into the hole in the ball which is attached by a string.)
