PARKOUR
Parkour is about exploring and finding your limits, and then breaking boundaries to reach your full potential. It is about learning to challenge yourself, both mentally and physically whilst travelling around various obstacles using different movement techniques, such as vaulting, climbing, jumping and balancing!
Further to this, we have a sticker system for those in P1-3, and a grading system available to those in P4+, to move up through the levels, learning new skills along the way. Click here for more info!
