Ninja Movers gives you the chance to work on improving your strength through movement-based activities. 


Tuesday Ninja: 

4-7yrs - 5-6pm

8-12yrs - 6-7pm 


This is a movement based activity session, with the introduction to various movement patterns, such as pulling and pushing, hopping and skipping, falling and rolling, timing and rhythm. Everything you need to build confidence in the movement to become a real ninja!

Friday Ninja Club:

8 - 12yrs - 6-7pm
