About Movement Park
Movement Park is a charity that uses the power of movement, sport, and physical activity to improve lives and strengthen communities. Based in Glasgow, we create opportunities for people of all ages and backgrounds to engage in movement in fun, innovative, and inclusive ways.
Our mission is to change perceptions, remove barriers, and inspire future generations. We focus on physical literacy — teaching the fundamentals of movement so every child and young person can develop skills, confidence, and self-esteem that last a lifetime.
We aim to create inclusive and inspiring movement centres, removing barriers to participation and making movement accessible to all. Through our community projects, we strive to deliver lasting social and health impacts across Scotland.
A Pivotal Moment
With exciting projects planned to create more accessible cycling pathways and grow BMX in Scotland we're looking for a club development and schools officer to join our team.
This is a unique opportunity to help shape the growth of cycling and BMX in Glasgow and support children and young people into cycling pathways.
The club development and schools officer is a joint role for Movement Park and Western Titans BMX Club. This shared partnership post will
help both organisations move to a coordinated, development-led model, improving communication, participant progression, volunteer
support and the overall effectiveness of delivery.
If you have experience delivering sport, physical activity or youth engagement programmes and the ability to build trusted relationships with schools and young people we want to hear from you.
