🚴 Why BMX?

We believe in the power of physical literacy—the ability to move with confidence, competence, and joy.

BMX is one of the best ways for kids to develop those skills while having fun. It helps children:

  • Build balance, strength, and coordination

  • Improve focus, confidence, and creativity

  • Stay active and form healthy habits for life

BMX can be competitive—or just pure fun. Either way, it’s thrilling, playful, and super empowering.

Our
Mission

What we believe in

At Movement Park, we’re creating more than cyclists—we’re building a community of SuperMovers.

We aim to:

  • Break down barriers to entry (we provide bikes and gear!)

  • Make the most of Glasgow’s BMX Centre

  • Create an inclusive, fun, and skills-based grassroots programme

  • Encourage cycling as a way to travel, play, and grow

  • Support kids to develop confidence and lifelong active habits

Where It All Happens

📍Glasgow BMX Centre, Knightswood

All our Sunday sessions and BMX Bandits classes take place here.

The venue includes:

  • A world-class Olympic BMX track

  • Pump tracks and large open spaces

  • More freedom and flow for our riders!

The more families who join us, the more we can do together to keep BMX thriving in Glasgow.
