Parkour is about exploring and finding your limits, and then breaking boundaries to reach your full
potential. It is about learning to challenge yourself, both mentally and physically whilst travelling
around various obstacles using different movement techniques, such as vaulting, climbing,
jumping and balancing! Further to this, we have a grading system available to those P4+, to move
up the levels, learning new skills along the way.
