Our Space

DOWNSTAIRS - For all the activities taking place in the dojo please see our latest timetable above. And don't forget we'll have our Easter Camp coming up with plenty of ways to get active over the holidays.  Call us for more information

UPSTAIRS - Within the facility at Movement Park we have three distinct rooms upstairs that are joined by a common relaxation area. Within each of these spaces, Movement Park delivers various activities and services. Please see below some of the example activities Movement Park are working hard to bring to you and your family.

  • Work Room - For all things educational.
    Leadership Courses, Continuous Personal Development Workshops, Foreign Language Classes, Homework & Study Clubs, Music Lessons.
    This area is also available to local clubs, SGBs & other organisations for external let. Please contact us for all enquires. 
  • Rest Room - For all things relaxing.
    Meditation, Yoga, Alternative Therapies
  • Play Room - For just having fun.
    Creative Club, Lego Club, Table Tennis, Movie Nights, Book Club, Kids Play Area, Games Room.

All there areas are joined by our very own Movement Park living room lounge where you can relax with a good book and enjoy a good old cup of tea.
