Dancing is a form of moving rhythmically to music.

The practice of dancing is as old as humans. Dancing has been used in religious rituals, cultural celebrations and as performances. Dance has played an important part in forging a collective identity among many cultural and ethnic groups.

Dancing can take place anywhere but some areas are more acceptable than others. Dance classes are available at Movement Park.

How to play
Play a song and start dancing. Singing along is also allowed. More formal dance options are available at Movement Park

Movement Park includes everyone, regardless of any ability or circumstance. Some sports and activities may, however, require a few adaptations to make them as accessible as possible. With a positive attitude and a little ingenuity, any activity can be made enjoyable for all. If your child has a disability, please ask our staff if our Dance activities are suitable for you or your child.

Check out our TIMETABLE for all our Dance activities.

“Dance, when you're broken open. Dance, if you've torn the bandage off. Dance in the middle of the fighting. Dance in your blood. Dance when you're perfectly free.”
